CARTER, Frances Eleanore - Peacefully at the Niagara Health System - St. Catharines Site, on Wednesday August 12, 2015. Fran (Schnarr) of St. Catharines in her 95th year. Wife of the late George Carter. Dear mother of Craig Carter (Marietta), Tim Carter (Jo'anna), Jan Turner, Margo Carter, Bob Carter, Julia (Wright Lowrey), Rick Carter (Cat) and the late Karen Bover. Grandmother to 10 grandchildren and 9 great grandchildren. Sister of Marie Tolmie and the late Margaret Schnarr and Joe Schnarr. A Memorial Service to celebrate Fran's life will be held at the BOCCHINFUSO FUNERAL HOME, 2 Regent Street, Thorold, on Tuesday, August 18, 2015 at 11:00 a.m. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations to the Heart and Stroke Foundation of Ontario would be appreciated by the family.
