Florence Evelyn Mathewson

Mathewson, Florence Evelyn ~ August 10, 1925-September 3, 2009 While holding the hands of her beloved family members, Florence embarked on her final journey to be reunited with the love of her life, Bruce Mathewson (1973). She leaves behind two families who will miss her kind and giving nature. One family is made up of blood relatives, while her other family shared no DNA or genetics, just the bond of love. Over the years, Florence was an important part of all family celebrations, holidays, births and any other milestone that needed to be acknowledged. Her presence at these events will be greatly missed by Suzanne, Ken, Mark (Tracey, Cody, Kristen), Dave (Kim, Jake) and Erin (Eddy, Ty). Also left to mourn are her sister Betty (Syd) Hough and several nieces and nephews. She was predeceased by her brothers Tom, Jim and Bob. Even though you can't physically be with us anymore, we know you're never further than a thought away.
