Fiorino Falovo

FALOVO, FIORINO passed away peacefully on December 26, 2023, with his family lovingly by his side. He will be forever missed by his adoring wife of almost 63 years, Maria (nee Del Duca). Cherished by his three sons, Ralph (Traci), Gino (Judy), and Anthony (Nikki). Proud Nonno to eight grandchildren, Kristin (Mullsy), Michael (Aleisha), Matthew, James (Rachael), Mark, David (Arieanna), Kaileigh, and Joshua (Maddy), and two step-grandchildren, Alanah, and Gabbie. He will be especially missed by his three great-grandchildren, Leon, Aria, and Elijah. A hardworking and respected man, Fiorino lived a simple yet fulfilling life. He enjoyed gardening, dancing, winemaking, and entertaining his many friends. He was strongly devoted to his family, friends, faith, church, and community, leaving an indelible mark on those fortunate to have known him. He is now reunited in Heaven with his dear parents, Raffaelle and Vincenza, and his brother, Agostino (Immacolata). He will be held dear in the hearts of his nieces, relatives, and friends.

Visitations will take place at the Bocchinfuso Funeral Home 2 Regent Street, Thorold on Friday December 29, 2023, from 2-4 and 6-8 p.m., with Vigil Prayers recited at 3:30 p.m.   The Funeral Mass will be held on Saturday, December 30, 2023, at 9:30 a.m. at Our Lady of the Holy Rosary Catholic Church 21 Queen Street South, Thorold. Rite of Committal Lakeview Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, donations in his memory may be made to the Ronald McDonald House at McMaster Hospital and Our Lady of the Holy Rosary Catholic Church.
