STRACUZZI, FILOMENA “Phyllis” (née Cugino) – It is with heavy hearts we announce that on Friday, August 19, 2022 at the Greater Niagara General Hospital at the age of 68, Filomena went to join the love of her life, her husband Fortunato “Lucky”. Most proud of her son, Andrew, she is also survived by her mother Grace (the late Matteo) Cugino, her sister Mary (the late Tony) Saltarelli, and her siblings-in-law Francesca (the late Giuseppe), Antonino, Carmelo (Cathy), Giuseppe, Maria (Santo), Santino (Patricia). Phyllis will be fondly remembered by her best friend of forty-two years, Mary Cimprich and her many nieces and nephews. A graveside committal service will be held on Wednesday, August 24, 2022 at 1:00 PM at Lakeview Cemetery, 3651 Town Line Road East, Thorold. If desired, donations in memory of Phyllis may be made to the Arthritis Society.
