STRICKLAND, Fey Liani (nee Furney) ~ a true matriarch has crossed over, suddenly, while vacationing in Orlando, Florida on Saturday, November 16, 2013 at the age of 74. Beloved wife of Clayton Strickland. Loving mother of Joel, Carla (Mark) and Calvin (Cheryl). Grandma will be missed by Levi, Arabella and Cole. Dear sister-in-law of Joan (John) McIntosh. Predeceased by parents Arthur and Belle Furney and siblings Hugo survived by his wife Colleen Furney, Guy and his wife Ann Furney, Victor survived by his wife Shirley and Zoe Furney. Fey will also be missed by many nieces, nephews, cousins and friends. She was a teacher to many in the DSBN for over 30 years. "The impact of her love and generous spirit will be felt forever."
