Felice Meffe

MEFFE, Felice - Peacefully, at Chapel Heights, Niagara Falls, with his family by his side, following a courageous battle, on Tuesday, June 15, 2021. Felice Meffe formerly of Thorold in his 92nd year. Beloved husband of Rosa for 74 years. Dear father of Nick Meffe (Frances) and the late Angela Petrone (surviving spouse Vic). Proud Nonno of Stephen (Jessica), Leigha (Manon), Jordan (Jennifer) and David (Michelle). Bisnonno to Liliana, Magnus and Adriana. Brother of Raffaele Meffe of Italy, and predeceased by Mario (Domenica) Meffe, Teresa D'Alessandro and nephew Nicola Meffe. Felice will also be sadly missed by his brothers-in-law Domenico Meffe (the late Felicia), Antonio Meffe (Maria) and his sister-in-law Santina Meffe (Angelo), and fondly remembered by several nieces and nephews. Felice was first and foremost a family man, a warm and generous person. He worked hard to provide for his family and adored his grandchildren and great grandchildren when they came along. From him they learned his strong work ethic. Felice was proud of his heritage, and he lived in Thorold all of his life. He was an avid gardener and a parishioner of Holy Rosary Church. A private family Funeral Mass will be celebrated at OUR LADY OF THE HOLY ROSARY CHURCH, 21 Queen Street South, Thorold. If desired, donations to Holy Rosary Church would be appreciated.
