Dorothea Eveline Rennie

Rennie, Dorothea Eveline ~ March 3, 1920-February 10, 2010 ~ It is with deep sadness that the family of Dorothea Eveline Rennie announces her peaceful passing on February 10, 2010, three weeks prior to her 90th birthday. Born in Amaranth Twp. on March 3, 1920, Dorothea was the eldest daughter of James and Sarah Cudney's twelve children. Upon marrying Harry Wallace Rennie on October 17, 1942, the couple settled in Merritton. They were active members of the community, with deep roots and involvement in St. Andrew's Presbyterian Church, Merritton. Harry died in 1986, in their 43rd year of marriage. She will be sadly missed by Jim & Hilda Rennie, Nancy & Tony Carboni, Andrew & Ericka Stephens-Rennie and Jonathan & Andrea Rennie. Dorothea is survived by siblings Myrtle & Ken Leary, Jean & Bev Long, Ken & Louisa Cudney, and Ralph & Velma Cudney. She is predeceased by siblings Vera Cudney and Annie Cudney, Wilfred & Ivadelle Cudney, Blanche Clayton, Bertha & Sam Forshaw, Clifford Cudney and Elgin & Isla Cudney.
