Domenico Ricciuto

Ricciuto, Domenico ~ it is with saddened hearts that the family announces the passing of Domenico, surrounded by his loving family at the St. Catharines General Hospital, on Tuesday, January 24, 2012 in his 88th year. Born in Limosano, Campobasso, Italy on February 16, 1924. Beloved and devoted husband for over 62 years to Maria Ricciuto. Cherished father of Angiolina (Angelo) Gabriele, Theresa (Frank) Ruscio, James (the late Rita) Ricciuto, Phyllis (the late John) Sergnese and Tony J. Ricciuto. Nonno (Papooch) will be sadly missed and lovingly remembered by his grandchildren John (Tracy), Robert (Linda), Paul (Krista), Chris (Lisa), Nicole (Brad), Mary Jane (Dan) and Michael and by his great grandchildren Rebecca, Tara-Ann, Amanda, Juliana, Jack, Eden and Dean. Loving son of the late Vincenzo and Angiolina Ricciuto and son-in-law of the late Nicola and Antonietta Marrone. Dear brother of Luisa (Guido) Minicucci and brother-in-law of Maria (the late John) Marrone, Vincenza (the late Joseph) Marrone, Rose (the late Antonio) Marrone, Josephine (the late Vincenzo) Covatta. Predeceased by sister and brother-in-law Teresa (the late Donato) Iamonaco and Vincenza Marrone. Domenico will also be missed by many nieces and nephews. He was an active parishioner of Our Lady of the Holy Rosary Church, Thorold.
