Di Santo, Maria (Spina) ~ surrounded by her loving family, at the St. Catharines General Hospital, on Saturday, October 15, 2011 at the age of 85. Beloved wife of 66 years to Giovanni Di Santo. Loving mother of Phyllis (John) Di Costanzo and Dominic Di Santo. Nonna will be sadly missed and lovingly remembered by her grandchildren Frank Di Costanzo, Michael (Hanna) Di Santo and Anne Marie Di Santo and by her great grandchild Elaina Lin. Dear sister of Antonio and Giuseppe. Predeceased by sister Pasqualina and brother Donato. Zia will be missed by nephew Nick (Giuseppina) Di Santo and their children Lina (Chris) and Joe and many other nieces and nephews in Italy, B.C. and Calgary. Maria was a parishioner of Our Lady of the Holy Rosary Church, Thorold and a member of the Italian Catholic Ladies Association.
