Desidario Giuseppe Simioni

Simioni, Desidario Giuseppe "Dick" - passed away suddenly at home in his 66th year on Thursday, October 5, 2017. Dearly loved father of Patricia and her fiancé Keenan Stilges. Predeceased by his wife Cheryl (2015), his parents Giuseppe and Giovannina Simioni, brother Alessandro Innocenti, sisters-in-law Patricia Nicol and Carole Lynch and, his in-laws Jack and Veronica Lynch. Survived by brothers John and Al (Kathy), sisters Mary (Bob) Lehan, Sevarina (Dave) Troup and Yola (Michael) Bonomi, sister-in-law Cindy Innocenti and brothers-in-law John,  Bernie Lynch and Paul Nicol. Also survived by many nieces, nephews and their families. The family extends heartfelt thanks to Dr. T. Tatzel for his compassionate care and also the police officers, paramedics and firefighters who responded. The family will receive friends at the BOCCHINFUSO FUNERAL HOME, 2 Regent Street, Thorold, on Tuesday, October 10, 2017 from 2:00 - 4:00 p.m. & 7:00 - 9:00 p.m. The funeral liturgy outside of mass will be held in the chapel at 11:00 a.m. on Wednesday, October 11, 2017. Interment to follow at Lakeview Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Diabetes Canada or the Heart & Stroke Foundation or to the charity of your choice.
