DEL GOBBO, Lon Richard - "walked" into the light March 30, 2015. It was Lon's passion for life and the love for his family that he braved the challenges of a quadriplegic for more than 48 years. His unselfish consideration for others was only exceeded by the gift of love and joy he gave to those he came in contact with. A loving, giving, sharing husband, son, brother, uncle and nephew, Lon will be always be remembered for the difference he made in our lives: Jo-Anne, loving wife; his mother, Helen; sister Elaine and her daughter Taylor; favorite nephew to Marie; son-in-law to Arend and Coby Vandersteen; brother-in-law to Marg and John, Paul and Dorothy, Lorraine, Rob and BJ; as well as 8 nieces and nephews and 5 great nieces and nephews.
