David Archibald Marshall

Marshall, David Archibald ~ born June 17, 1932, in Dunfermline, Scotland. Passed away peacefully, at The Woodlands of Sunset, on Wednesday, April 7, 2010. Dave was the loving husband of Maureen (nee Smith). Cherished father of Kelly Gentle of Burlington and Kara (Darrin) Hale of Thorold and father-in-law of Paul Gentle of Burlington. He was the proud and loving Papa of Braden and Taryn Gentle, Jack, Brett and Bailey Hale. He is also survived by his loving sister-in-law and "Best Buddy" Jody Smith, niece Kirstyn and brother-in-law Greg Smith. He is predeceased by his beloved parents Jim and Isa Marshall of Dundee, Scotland, father-in-law Jack L. (Joan) Smith, mother-in-law Eloise Chapman and brother-in-law Tim Smith. Dave retired from the Ford (Niagara) Glass Plant after 30 years of service and was a Life Member of the Imperial Veteran's Club and the Canadian Corp Unit #44, Thorold.
