Charlotte Gladys Hawes

Hawes, Charlotte Gladys ~ March 14, 1927 ~ February 27, 2012. Peacefully, at Tufford Nursing Home on Monday, February 27, 2012 in her 85th year. Predeceased by her loving husband of 61 years, Frank Hawes (2009). She will be sadly missed by her sisters Jeanette Ellingham, Irene Green, Louise Heximer and brother Bob Blong. Dear sister-in-law of Eva Dearborn. Charlotte was a loving aunt to many nieces and nephews. She was a loyal member of St. George's Anglican Church for many years and was a lifetime member of the Merritton Lawn Bowling Club and the Rockway Community Centre. Charlotte loved singing, watching baseball, the New York Yankees and spending her winters in Florida. She was also renown for her baking.
