Higham, Charles "Chucky" ~ suddenly at his residence at the age of 45. Beloved husband of Julie Collins. Loving and devoted father to Connor and Chelsea and to his step- children Jessica and Jamie. Loving son to Gerry & the late Everett Higham. Dear brother to Doreen (Chris) Simms, Barb Macdonald, Russ (Donna) Higham and Shaunna (Dave) Sparks. Chucky was a true son of Thorold who will be missed by all who met him, especially everyone at the Thorold Arena.
