Osborne, Cecil Lloyd ~ After a brave and courageous battle with cancer, it is with great sadness that we announce the passing of Cecil Lloyd Osborne on Sunday, June 29, 2008 in his 75th year. Cecil was a warm, kind-hearted and generous man who was always willing to help those who needed him. Beloved husband of 56 years to Ruth (McIntyre) Osborne. Loving father of Connie (Bill) Latam, Susan (Bill) White and Jamie (Eric) Buckley. Predeceased by daughter Cindy (1977). Papa will be sadly missed and lovingly remembered by his grandchildren Spencer, Miranda, Melanie, Jonathan, Joshua, Daniel and David and by his great grandchildren Austin and Taylor White. Dear brother of Ed and Jean. Predeceased by brother Doug. Cecil worked for many years for General Motors.
