Armando Michele Lucarelli

LUCARELLI, Armando Michele ~ surrounded by his loving family at the St. Catharines General Hospital, on Saturday, February 2, 2013 at the age of 80. Beloved father of Fernandina Lucarelli and Erina (Marc) Lucarelli-Cassab and their mother Maria Lucarelli. Nonno will be sadly missed and lovingly remembered by his grandchildren Alexander, Cristina and Matthew. Partner of Teresa and her children Maria (Enio) Giancaterino and Carmine Bernardo and grandchildren Anthony and Sophia. Before immigrating to Canada in 1955, Armando served in the Italian Army and worked for General Motors, retiring after 30 years service and a member of the St. Anthony Association. His love was to be outdoors, hunting, fishing and spending time at his cottage. A strong and active man, Armando was a meticulous and avid gardener, proud of his personal accomplishments and those of his grandchildren. His charisma, endearing smiles and laughs will be greatly missed by all.
