MILLS, ARLENE ~ at the Greater Niagara General Hospital, on Saturday, November 29, 2014 at the age of 63. Loving mother of Roxy and grandmother of Hailey and Jaxson. Predeceased by parents Norman (1991) and Joan (2001). Dear sister of Wendy (Frank) Freiburger. Arlene will be missed by family and friends. She lived in St. David's but was previously a resident of Thorold. Arlene was the former owner of Niagara Herb Farm.
