Mak, Annie ~ peacefully, surrounded by her loving family, at the Greater Niagara General Hospital, on Wednesday, April 13, 2011 at the age of 76. Predeceased by her parents John and Magdelina Mak. Loving godmother of Brian (Edith) Matuch and Joe Berak (Janet). Michael and Katrina Matuch will dearly miss their "Krsna Annie". Annie is also survived by relatives in Slovakia. Annie was a parishioner of St. Denis Church and a member of the Canadian Slovak League, Branch 031.
