MADDALENA, Angelo Aniello - It is with profound sadness that we announce the passing of our beloved father on Monday, September 9, 2019 at the age of 93. Our father was predeceased by his parents Liberato and Teresina Maddalena and also predeceased by his wife Maria (2011). He is the cherished father of Theresa, Albert (Patricia) and Carmela and adored papa to grandchildren Paul, Andrew and Alexandra. He is survived also by his sister Michelina Maddalena, brother-in-law, Antonio Ziccardi and Margherita Petti (Italy) as well as many nieces and nephews. Dad is also predeceased by sisters Giovinna Maddalena, Enina Venditti, Carmela Sardella and brothers Marino Maddalena and Antonio Maddalena, brother-in-law Dan Ziccardi and sister-in-law Alberina Chiocchio. Friends will be received at the BOCCHINFUSO FUNERAL HOME, 2 Regent Street, Thorold, from 7:00 - 9:00 p.m. Wednesday and 2:00 - 4:00 p.m. & 7:00 - 9:00 p.m. Thursday with Vigil Prayers recited at 3:00 p.m. A Funeral Mass will be celebrated at ST. THOMAS AQUINAS CHURCH, 316 Queenston St., St. Catharines, on Friday, September 13, 2019 at 10:30 a.m. Rite of committal at Pleasantview Cemetery. We wish to thank all of Dad's caregivers for the excellent care he received with a special thank you to Dr. John Paolone.
